Dear
If you want to pursue fashion design programme than NIFT will be the best choice. For that, you need to submit the application form and appear for the entrance test to get admission.
You need to check the NIFT website for admission process.

You can definitely pursue Bachelors in fashion designing and merchandising after class 12th from arts. Fashion designing is the art of the application of design and aesthetics or natural beauty to clothing and accessories. Yes, you can pursue Diploma in Fashion Designing and BBA together from different colleges provided you are pursuing Diploma through distance mode.
The basic understanding should be the need to curb a successful career.
Fashion designing is one of the most lucrative and appealing career options.

Your degree or Diploma in fashion design does not matter for employers. What really matters is your portfolio. If you have a strong portfolio and your work is good, you may find a good placement. However, the package should not be a constraint. Good brands may not offer big packages but to get associated with them is a big thing. You may get hired by the best designers at low package initially, but if your work is good then you may see a good raise in a very short time.

Go for post-graduation in fashion designing if you want to make a career in fashion stream. Degree courses give you in-depth knowledge whereas Diploma course gives you basic knowledge.
