Most of the popular fashion design colleges conduct their own entrance exams and admission process for most of these colleges is already over.
However, some colleges like Arch Academy etc. have a phase-II for admissions as well. You can check them.

Now that you have spent 5 years in Law, I would advise you changing the field would not be a good option. You can surely start fashion blogging and can become a good blogger if your writing skills are good and you are updated with the latest industry trends.
Blogs these days are earning very good if you have the digital marketing knowledge. So, you may start learning digital marketing, if you wish to see your blog in the early searches on google. As the more you blog is visible, the chances of earning more through blog increases.
