The Istituto Marangoni London acceptance rate of 80%, makes it shows the university easier at picking students for admissions to its courses.

In comparison, the Fashion Institute of Technology acceptance rate of 58-60%,  makes it twice as hard to secure admissions at,  as the acceptance is bit lower than Istituto Marangoni London.

There is no minimum GPA that is asked by FIT for admission, however candidates must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above to have better chances of admission.

Candidates must maintain their academic record, they will be evaluated by the admission authorities based on the same. FIT looks for candidates with potential, you will have a better chance at selection if you are an active student in co curricular activities as well as academically . Candidates must have a strong B average or higher for admission in FIT.

From my point of view Central Saint Martins London is generally considered the better choice compared to FIT New York, especially if you priotize a European Fashion. But for a good practical knowledge FIT is considered more good. Regarding the fashion FIT is Industry-focused cirriculum and value its strong connection within the New York fashion industry.

Central Saint Martins London, a major fashion capital, offers unique fashion of European fashion scene.

FIT is based in New York City, providing connections to the American fashion industry.

Hi everyone,

The Masters programme in fashion at the fashion institute of technology is highly regarded for its industry oriented curriculum and global exposure, making it ideal for Indian students aing to excel in fashion management technology or design. FIT provides advance learning in areas like sustainability, branding and production. The course posters creative and technical skills with access to world class facilities and networking opportunities. However the programme is competative and expensive with fees around rs 15 to 20 Lacs per year.
