If you want to join M.Tech in our college, you have to take care of your faculty members related to M.Tech. But I suggest you to give one time atleast exam of GATE so that you can easily go through your knowledge meant either you're elegible for better colleges or not. So I think you have to go through this carrriculum of GATE courses like at some platforms like udemy and at very less cost at GATE wallah organised by Physics wallah.

Yes, it is possible to pursue M.Tech without GATE. You can apply for private colleges by visiting their official websites. You need to submit an application form. The private colleges will grant you admission based on your B.Tech scores and availability of seats. Hope you've got the answer :). .

If you are working in the industry for over 3 years and can prove that your current employer is ready to allow you to complete further studies by letters from the authority, you can apply under this category. There are limited seats reserved under this category in both IITs as well as NITs.

In India, many PSU companies consider the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering scores for recruitment. Students who want to appear in the PSU interview have to qualify for the GATE cutoff for PSU. Apart from this, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering qualified students can also apply for (JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). However, there are many PSUs where you can apply without GATE Score. PSUs are listed below;
1- AAI (Airport Authority of India)
2- AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test)
3- BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre)
4- BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited)
5- BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards)
