No, there are conversions which are defined for both GPA and CGPA where grades or credits are involved. Based on those tables, GPA to CGPA can be calculated. GPA converter 10 to 4 is also used in a similar manner.

Fulfilling the required Grade Point Average is one of the major entry requirements at the University of the Potomac and international students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) to boost their chances of getting admitted in the university. It also helps students get scholarships offered by the university. Apart from GPA, students can also submit standardized test scores (SAT/ACT). Furthermore, students must submit strong letters of recommendations and impressive personal statement.

The recorded GPA of the middle 50 percentile of UG students, who were admitted to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, ranged between 3.52 - 3.96.

Other reported scores included:

  • High school rank percentile between 75-95

  • ACT composite score between 27 and 33

  • SAT composite score between 1350 and 1500.

However, these are just the reported the scores of the students admitted at UNM (Twin Cities). The UNM does not prescribe any scores for admission criteria since the admission decisions are made based on a holistic approach.

According to the admitted students' profiles, the student who scored 3.9 or above on GPA was enrolled in the program. Although the university provides test options for test scores, students still choose to submit them. Students must aim score between 33 and 36 for ACT, and between 1500 and 1580 for SAT. Student who manage to score near the ideal scores have high selection probability.
