As far as my knowledge goes, AIILSG doesn't provide SI course in correspondence mode, but only regular courses or holiday batches (i.e. Saturday, Sunday and other holidays).

Well, talking of education on Food Technology or Food Sciences abroad, the scope is great in both management and research sector. It is a widely applauded option and USA is the most claimed country with its scope. I think it will be a much better option abroad than in India. Go to websites of Texas A&M, Georgia Tech. and others to know about it in detail.
