Yes, candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for direct admission.

• Student should belong to Schedule Caste Category or Schedule Tribe so specified about the State/ Union Territory to which he/ she belongs
• They must have passed HSc or any other higher examination
• Family income from all sources should not exceed INR 2.5 Lacs per annum
