While applying at CUHK for IELTS Reading and Listening applicants need to keep few point in mind, both the sections are quite tricky in the IELTS exam. You can learn more about our IELTS Reading Tips and prepare to get your desired IELTS band scores. Additionally, the IELTS Listening portion is quite successful. You can raise your chances of succeeding in this part and raising your total IELTS band score with the appropriate activity plan and technique. Look over the  IELTS Listening Tips and make a thorough effort to prepare for this part.

Majority of the programmes at Bachelors degree level and above at the University of Derbyrequire an IELTS score of between 6.0 and 7.0 with a minimum score required in all areas. (speaking, reading, writing and listening). Apart from IELTS, the Derby also accepts one of the below equivalent qualifications -

• Oxford English Language Level Test (ELLT)

 • Pearson Test of Academic English

• TOEFL iBT Overall score of 79 - 100 (with specific minimum score requirements for each component) • LanguageCert International ESOL SELT B2 – C1

Candidates from abroad whose mother tongue is not English must submit their results from English language proficiency exams. Scores must also be submitted by students for whom English was not their primary language of instruction in high school. The university accepts results from numerous tests, including TOEFL, IELTS, iTEP, and others. A minimum overall score of 6.0 is needed to get admission in the Chicago State Uiversity. The acceptance rate of the University is 48%

At Tufts University, all applicants whose primary language is not English must submit proof of English proficiency. However, if an applicant satisfies one or more of the following conditions, they are not required to provide a IELTS,  TOEFL or Duolingo score:

  • Citizenship of Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Guyana, an Anglophone country of Africa or an English-speaking country of the Caribbean; OR
