Yes, Michigan Technological University requires English proficiency exam scores as an admission requirements for international students whose native language is not English, in order to be considered for direct admission to a degree program. MTU accepts all the major English language scores like: IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, SAT & ACT and applicants can refer to the table below for minimum score requirement details:

At Fordham University, international students whose first language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency through English Language Proficiency test results. However, if a student does not submit required IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / Duolingo results, then they must complete the English Language Proficiency Test Waiver Request Form linked within the online applicant portal on Fordham University's website after their application has been officially submitted.

Yes, to study MBA from Ireland, the applicants are required to submit evidence of English language proficiency score. For this purpose, they can submit IELTS or equivalent test score. The average IELTS score required to pursue an MBA in Ireland is 6.0+. Besides submitting English language score, the applicants are required to complete an undergraduate degree, have some professional experience and score of GMAT / GRE.

Non-US citizens, with the exception of Legal Permanent Residents, are required to show proof of English language proficiency. Acceptable exams and minimum scores are stated below:
- TOEFL iBT minimum 79 (paper-based minimum 550)
2. IELTS minimum 6.5 overall band
3. PTE Academic minimum 56 E3PT minimum 68 ACT minimum 19 on English exam
4. SAT minimum 1000 combined score
5. Cambridge English C2, C1 or B2 (minimum 176)
6. GCSE or IGC minimum A in A Levels English
