Yes, considering that the university has various English requirements. it also accepts another English test, excluding IELTS, such as PTE, TOEFL and Cambridge. However, below are the English requirements the University asks for:
English Proficiency Test | Minimum scores |

IELTS | A Minimum score of 6 to 7 |
PTE | A minimum score of 51 to 66 |
Cambridge | A minimum of 169 to185 |
TOEFL | A minimum of 80 to 100 |
