Your grades are good, admissions shouldn't be an issue.Even your IELTS score is okay for UG course. But you must apply on time and see that your SOP and LORs are very strong.

If you are applying to a German university whose language of instruction is German then, of course, you have to know German language, a majority of the universities offer UG programs in German. Also, IELTS is compulsory.

A number of European universities do not require GMAT but also they don't offer MBA but MS in Business Administration. You should check University websites for specific information. Check out by schools in Austria, Norway, Sweden etc. See this

Hi Vishnu,For UG courses, a gap of 2 years is allowed, three years gap may be allowed depending on the student profile and the college. Read the article below, and also contact the colleges directly before applying.
