Visa will not depend on your IELTS score. It will depend on your overall profile. First apply to a college, you must be accepted by the college before you could apply for the Visa. Also by seeing your English standard I will advice you to improve your communication skills.

Generally for PG courses you need to have 6.5 but sometimes a university can accept lower scores and alao offer bridge courses in English or pathway courses. This will depend the university completely. You need to email some universities and find out.
