Admission will be little competitive since higher grades and better IELTS scores are required. But they have foundation or pathway programs which can be offered to you. It will depend on the university or the college. You can email them, they will guide you accordingly.

These many backlogs won't be accepted so the answer is yes, problems will be there. Even if a college does accept there is a chance of visa rejection. You can try applying but also check universities in other countries which are known to be less competitive than Canada like Poland, Irelan
