You will be the best one to know what is best for you. At this stage, you should have a career plan ahead based on which you should study. An MBA seems ideal but ask yourself why do you want to study and what do you want to be.

You must have a band score of around 7 or above in IELTS.

It's is not possible to name acollege like this. Generally for PG courses you need to have 6.5 but sometimes a university can accept lower scores and alao offer bridge courses in English or pathway courses. This will depend the university completely. You need to email some universities and find out.

I did not understand your query. If you are already planning to study in the US why do you want to do a course here? Better clarity is required for better guidance.

There are colleges which accept a score of 6.5 in IELTS, however there are other colleges which require a minimum of 7 in the IELTS exam.
