Hi,
For PG courses, a score of 6.5 is required. However, many colleges/universities offer bridge courses in English and this will depend on the student profile and the university solely. You are requested to contact the university in this regard.

Based on the information you have given nothing can be said. You have to specify your academic grades and also the gap period. Besides, what do you want to study?

Yes. you can reapply but work on the points based on which you got rejected earlier. Check if you meet admission requirements firstly and then apply.

Hi Rishav,
Either IELTS or TOEFL is compulsory if you are planning to study abroad, particularly the countries you mentioned. You may still write to the universities and see if they can waive it off based on your scores. Otherwise check for English language pathway programs , please check with the universities about such courses.

Hi, chances are low basis your grades and your IELTS scores. I will strongly suggest you to retake IELTS. Also contact the universities/colleges before applying. Keep other country options open as well.

Hi,
I am afraid you are not eligible. Your scores are too low for a conventional university. I would have suggested SPP colleges but they won't accept more than 5 backlogs. Please try any other country, may be Norway, Ireland, Belgium, etc. You may also consider vocational/professional courses in New Zealand and Australia.

Hi,
IELTS is an offline test and not a computer based test. For the speaking section there will be a face to face discussion with another person.

Hi,
Only IELTS score is not sufficient. You have to see if your academic grades are upto the mark and if you meet the admission requirements of the colleges. Please decide what to study also and accordingly check on the university/college websites.
