I don't know about TOEFL, this exam is of 100 marks and for IELTS there is overall 9 bands (0-9). Most of the colleges ask to score above 7 bands in this exam. There is no criteria for level 1 or 2. If you take any coaching (especially for IELTS or TOEFL).

Hi Lavi,
You can apply if you get an admission. With your percentage you won't be eligible for most universities and colleges except SPP.

Hi Jetti,
MBA abroad programs are meant for students with work experience of around 2 years. Universities can accept you if you have something unique and an extra ordinary profile. Suggest you to consider MS management or PG diploma.

Hi,
There is no eligibility attached with these exams. Also, you need not to take all of them. GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Aim for these scores:
GMAT -710 and above
GRE -315 and above
TOEFL - 100
IELTS - 6.5
