You can apply for the student visa after you have received the admission offer letter from a college. Basis your grades you can apply to colleges under SPP. Check colleges like Humber, Fanshawe, George Brown, Durham, Fleming etc. So first you plan what to study and apply before the deadlines.

Hi Parth, your query is very ambiguous. Abroad means any country and every country has different admission requirements. GRE is also not required by every university or country. It is also very difficult to suggest particular universities from all the world without knowing what your education background is, what you want to study and where you want to study. Since IELTS scores are valid for 1-years a year or couple of months before you apply to the universities abroad. You can write the test accordingly.
