No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.

If you are in Private College, then it might be possible by giving some donation. But, if Government College is there, then it is not possible to do this. However, some concession is provided on attendance on providing medical certificate.

I'll prefer you to join any other coaching institute like Allen and Resonance as the coaching institute mentioned by you is also quite good. But the main problem is that their passing ratio is not that good.

The counseling process of JEE Mains is through JOSAA portal. Visit its website to get yourself registered and sit in the counseling. After you've qualified JEE Mains then only you are eligible for JEE Advance examination and if you qualified advance then you are eligible for advance counseling i.e. for IITs and IISERs. You have to fill in the choices of college and branch preference very carefully if you want a college. If you don't wish to choose a college then you can 'withdraw' from the counseling round.
