If you don't have Maths in your 12th then you are not eligible for IITs or IITs as you can get admissions in these colleges only by JEE Mains & Advance, both of these exams have equal weightage of Maths along with Physics & Chemistry so if you don't have Maths in your 12th, then you are not eligible for these exams hence for IITs & IIITs.

Eligibility criteria: Students appearing for the IIT JAM exam must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate marks for the general category students and 5 percent relaxation for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, and Other Backward Caste students. However, Final year students can also be eligible. Exam pattern:
Exam Mode: Online, CBT
Exam Duration: 3 hours
Test Language: English only
Type of Questions: MCQs, Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and NAT

Students who have completed their 10+2 from recognised open board are eligible for JEE, BITSAT etc. Engineering Entrance Examinations.

If you have got more than 75% in 12th board exam and you are being allocated any seat through JoSAA, you are eligible for getting admission.

Your 11th marks doesn't matter in JEE all that matters is how well you have performed in JEE and whether your 12th board marks are above 75% or not.

The National Testing Agency NTA conducts the Joint Entrance Examination JEE Main to shortlist candidates for the JEE Advanced for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Candidates must have passed or appeared in Class 12th or its equivalent from any recognised board to be eligible in the year of application. Since NIOS is also a recognised board, candidates are eligible if they have passed the 12th at NIOS.
