After IITs, the best choice for engineering is obviously BITS Pilani. You need to write BITSAT to get admission into it.

No Yash, you have been asking similar queries all along. You have to complete 13 years education either by clearing IIT JEE Advanced or completing the first year of a Bachelor's degree.

At this stage, it is impossible to get admission in any of the IIT, unless you were from reserved category.

So, I don’t think you will get admission with this rank.

Preparatory rank is not meant to get admission in IITs.
Only JEE Advanced all India rank will be considered for admission in IITs.
