You cannot take admission in IITs after completing polytechnic as you will need to require to attempt for JEE Mains exam. You can only sit for JEE exam after completing class 12th. So, I am afraid you can only have a chance to get into IITs for Masters after completing B.Tech through late

Diploma holders are also eligible for the JEE Exam, so you can appear for JEE Main and JEE advance to get into IIT but you must fulfill the eligibility criteria for JEE.

You can join IITs and NITs only after 10+2 with PCM subjects by appearing for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is for admission in IITs.

Salary offered to IIT, IISc and IIST Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engineering graduates is generally similar. IIT Mumbai grads may have slight edge over other Institutes grads.

You are advised to appear for CAT exam to seek admission in MBA in IITs. Admission in IITs for MBA is competitive, therefore, you may start your CAT preparations immediately. If you are not confident of cracking CAT with self preparations then you may seek external coaching to crack CAT.
