Hey Shamil,
You need to clear Jee Mains and then Advanced in order to get into IIT. Talking about marks, it depends on multiple factors and you can't predict that accurately. You can check out the marks for last few years and set a target. You should also look out for some best alternate universities

If you have a good JEE Mains score than you can get chance in any of the IIT's. While, to get chance in IIT, JEE Advanced is compulsory.

I think IITs are a bigger brand than IIMs, atleast outside India.I can only think of the following reasons :
After undergraduate studies from IITs (for which they are known), the students have options to venture into diverse fields, from management to government services, from entrepreneurship to PHD

Dont worry if you hav'nt done well JEE mains,there are some premier institutes who conducts their own entrance examination and give scholarship based on the score in that examination.here are some of the premier institutes where you can apply for the admissions:
