With 24 percentile in MHT-CET (PCB), admission to top government or reputed private colleges for courses like B.Pharm or B.Sc Agriculture is unlikely. However, you can get seats in some private or lesser-known colleges under management or institute-level quota. Options include:
Private pharmacy colleges in rural or semi-urban Maharashtra
B.Sc. or paramedical programs in local universities
Management quota seats in self-financed colleges
You may also consider Diploma courses or reappearing next year to improve your score for better opportunities.

Hindu College has several rankings that can be considered as its top rankings achieved during its lifetime. However, out of them, the rankings provided by the Delhi University, NIRF, and India Today are its most noteworthy achievements. Both the Delhi University and NIRF have ranked Hindu College at No.1 while India Today ranked Hindu College at No.1 for BSc and No.2 for BCom institutes in 2024.

If your son studies 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th outside India, he is mostly not eligible for the local quota in Andhra Pradesh.
For the local quota, the candidate must have studied a minimum of four years before qualifying exam (10+2) in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
So if he has studied all these years outside of India, he can only apply under the management quota or NRI quota, not the local quota.
