For NEET exam, you should upload the caste Certificate issued by the state government where you belong to. This is because NEET accepts only state government-issued caste certificates as proof of a candidate's reservation category. The All India Caste Certificate is not valid for this purpose. Therefore, you should upload the state-level caste Certificate during the NEET application process.
