Yes, in many cases they do—especially if the degree is from IILM's international partner schools like SBS or Monroe College. It's useful for private jobs and studying abroad. But for government jobs, some degrees might not be accepted if they're not UGC-approved. So it's better to check the program's recognition before applying.
