The Andhra Pradesh ICET exam is divided into three sections- Analytical Ability, Communication Ability and Mathematical Ability. Candidates are required to complete the 200 multiple-choice questions in 150 minutes. For every correct answer, candidates will get one mark and for every wrong answer, there is no negative marking. Andhra Pradesh will administer the exam in computer based mode.

In Andhra Pradesh ICET exam, Mathematical Ability section consists of 55 Multiple Choice Questions. The total weightage of Andhra Pradesh ICET Mathematical Ability section is 27.5% making it the important section in exam. Andhra Pradesh ICET Mathematical Ability questions are further divided as:
- Arithmetical Ability: 35 questions
- Algebraical and Geometrical Ability: 10 questions

The Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper include questions from reasoning, math (arithmetic, algebra, stats), and English (vocabulary, grammar, comprehension) for MBA/MCA admissions.

Most of the college asked for 50 to 60% in your graduation but still there are some private universities and college where you can get admission easily because some universities don't have any criteria percentage

One can get admission in MAIC even if you are not from Chhattisgarh. Students who have completed 12th from state other than Chhattisgarh or who have completed graduation from a university other than Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, have to obtain an eligibility certificate from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University before applying.
