D.El.Ed is simply a Diploma of 2 years in Elementary Education. It is more of a training that people take to become good teachers at the primary level. Many people often face the dilemma of choosing B.Ed and D.El.Ed nowadays. Please note that the major difference is in the teaching level one gets to work on after each course.
