No, the Assam Downtown University provides entrance-based scholarships for all academic programmes, which also include BSc. The applicants have to fulfill all the mentioned scholarship requirements. The purpose of awarding these scholarships is to provide financial assistance to excellent and competent students. Candidates who are willing to take the scholarship have to possess a valid score in the CST (Common Scholarship Test). However, it has been accredited with a prestigious grade by AICTE, NAAC, and UGC.

The total seat intake for the BSc in Biotechnology course is 10, approximately. Assam Downtown University BSc seat intake varies according to the chosen specialisations. The university reserves the right to revise the seat allotment as per the requirement.

As per official sources, the fees to pursue a BSc at Assam Downtown University and Cotton University range from INR 2.5 lakh-INR 10.4 lakh and INR 4,800-INR 19,300, respectively. In terms of fees, Cotton University is a better choice. 

Moreover, as per Shiksha ratings, BScs at Assam Downtown University and Cotton University have been rated, 4.1 out of 5 and 4.0 out of 5, respectively. In terms of rating, a BSc from ADTU is a slightly better option.

Yes, NGF College of Engineering and Technology does offer direct admission in the B.E. / B.Tech course by OLET Haryana exemption. There are direct walk-in admission opportunities offered in the college. One may visit the campus and see an admission counselor for registration, form fill up and submission of relevant documents.
The merit of which is considered mainly by assessing scores from JEE Main and HSTES counseling. So if you can satisfy the eligibility criteria wherein you have to secure more than 45% in 10+2 examinations then you can directly apply there without taking OLET there. Completing +2 (12th grade) from Nepal allows one to study in India easily.

Almost all universities and colleges in India accept application from students in India who have completed their higher secondary in other countries provided that the authority has laid by the Indian government.

Education such earned by Nepal is entitled and recognised under the ideologies of the Ministry of Education under the Government of India. Possibly, you may need to procure an ampere plus two certificate of equivalence from AIU for this to compare it with Indian board examinations like CBSE or ISC.

Since you are an AIR 827976 in JEE Mains, Pvt Engineering Colleges or even Government Colleges in the states seem to be a good catching point because the cutoffs are not so high.

Heritage Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Carpet Technology and new IIITs like IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Una are some good options for you. Also explore the state-level engineering colleges in my home state under? 4 Lacs in which most times there are home candidates reserved seats at much lower cut-offs.

NIT Goa has specific branches having quite higher cut-off lines.
