Yes, someone who does not belong to Haryana is also eligible to apply for BA at CDLU. As per the reservation policy followed at the university, 15% of the total seats are unreserved and to be filled through All India Quota (AIQ). Candidates who belong to any other state of India can contest for these seats. To apply for these seats, candidates must fill out the application form that is applicable to the candidates belonging to an Indian state other than Harayana. The form is available on the official website of the university.

TSCHE releases the TS EAMCET 2024 cutoff after the completion of counselling rounds. To secure a seat in a veterinary college through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, a candidate must score at least 90-110 or above as a candidate in the regular category. With a rank of 5954 in TE EAPCET 2024 you can manage to get for a veterinary seat. As you are a general category candidate the cut off and competition may slightly increase. Candidates must note that only those candidates who secure more than or equal to the TS EAMCET cutoff will be called for counselling and seat allotment.
