Selection of the candidates will be based on ranks of JEE Advanced and marks of 10+2. Candidates who want to take IISER Tirupati admission through SCB channel, have to appear for IAT. Candidates will be selected on the basis of scores of IAT and 10+2 scores.

IISER Tirupati, the overall cutoff for IISER is 1240 rank.

IISER Tirupati,   the overall cutoff for JEE-Advanced is 14410 rank.

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana scholars admitted to IISERs will draw fellowship as per KVPY norms. In addition, Department of Science and Technology provides a limited number of INSPIRE scholarships of Rs.5000/- per month to candidates admitted through JEE and SCB channels, upon fulfilling the criteria set by DST. Students admitted to the BS programme in Engineering or Economics are not entitled for the scholarship.
