The total course fee is a cumulative of multiple components such as tuition fee, medical fees, transport fees, etc. IIT Delhi PhD tuition fee for full-time course is INR 7,500 per semester. In addition, PhD (part-time/sponsored) programmes is INR 17,500. The hostel fee for PhD candidates is INR 13,250.
