Hi Lakshmi,
There are many but I did not understand what you meant by special courses and also you have a degree in CSE so universities will ask you why you want to pursue interior designing now. It is good to explore interests but at the same time you must be able to explain to the universities properly about the decision. You can check courses here:

To be a good interior designer you need several skills (some inbuilt and some acquired). Some of the inherent skills you should possess are:
Excellent design sense
Keen observation
Patience
Good time management skills
Good coordination skills
Good team building skills
Eye for detail

For the 2nd year course transfer is a lateral admission and for that, you need to check the other college lateral admission eligibility and admission process.
