IIMS Pune offers a PGDM/MBA course with a double accreditation from the NAAC and NBA as its most popular course. The course qualifies as both a PGDM and MBA course according to the AIU. Other courses at the college include PGDM courses in Retail, BFSI and ABM with more specialisations under them.

IIMS Pune admissions for the PGDM/MBA course depends on the following selection criteria and their weightage:

• Entrance exam scores for XAT/CAT/CMAT/MAT/MHCET (40% weightage).
• Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds (35% weightage).
• Past Academic Performance (10th, 12th and Graduation/15% weightage).
• Sports/Cultural/NCC/NSS Merit (10% weightage).
