Hello Priyanshu, that's indeed very interesting query. Unfortunately there are no straight forward answers. This is so since what you are seeking can be found out only if all data if different categories of students who cleared is available. Only examination conducting body can answer this. Best wishes to you.

Hello Bipasha, presently no one can have any guess as to when the registration for JEE Advanced will begin. At the moment even the fourth session of JEE Mains is in doldrums and no one knows for sure if and when this will be conducted. But be assured as and when the pandemic starts easing out these exams will definitely be conducted and that too with enough advance notice to the students. So don't worry at the moment and keep studying for the examination. Best wishes to you.

Hello Tunir, actual percentiles of different categories of students who qualify for JEE Advanced will be known only after NTA declares results. However you can guess a little from the cutoffs announced last year that I am attaching. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
Best wishes to you.

Hello Madala Hruday, for getting admission in an engineering college in Germany there is no need to appear for JEE Advanced or any such similar entrance exams in India. Having said this, admissions abroad are not based exclusively on academic performance but are based on a host of many other criteria. In view of this I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Germany for undergraduate studies in engineering. This is so since they will be knowing all the requirements of a successful application and get this completed from you. Best wishes to you.

Hello Siddhesh Ubhare, JEE Advanced examination is conducted buy one of the IIT's in sequential order and admissions to all the IIT's is made on the basis of ranking in this examination. Saint xaviers College Mumbai is not an IIT and hence the admission in this Institute will not be as per the ranking of JEE Advanced. Best wishes to you.

Hello Shristi, I must say that you indeed have scored quite good percentile in JEE Mains but whether you will be allowed to appear for JEE Advanced will be decided by NTA only after it declares results. It will select approximately 3lakh students who can appear for JEE Advanced and also will be eligible to seek admissions in NIT's and other specified institutes. Till then, I am afraid, patience. Best wishes to you.

Hello AK, absolutely. Even if you appear for JEE Advanced and unfortunately get less marks, your very good score in JEE Mains still remains intact and you can seek admission based on this in any NIT, IIIT or CFTI. Just do not worry. Best wishes to you.
