Hi,
It is difficult to get good government colleges or NITs with this percentile but you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:
SHIVNADAR UNIVERSITY
NORTHCAP UNIVERSITY
MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
BENNETT UNIVERSITY
IILM UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM
LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY
BML MUNJAL UNIVERSITY
AMITY UNIVERSITY
SRM UNIVERSITY, etc.
You can also try for state level counselling for engineering admission. IILM UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM is offering B.Tech in computer Science and Information Technology with contemporary computing areas like:
Cloud Computi

Hello Chandra, it's an interesting query that you are asking. These days students from OBC category are scoring quite well in different entrance exams. So the ranking in OBC category could be just a little better than this category. However it is not possible to predict such things because of different reasons. It's only the national testing agency which has all the data of students appearing in the examination which can give the details of ranking for JEE Mains and for this year it will be the IIT Delhi which is conducting JEE Advanced that can give the answer, but that too based on the results of the exam. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rameshwar. Your qualifying year of the exam will still be considered as 2019 even if you gave improvement exam in a later year. Properly speaking those who are appearing for admission in this in this year that is 2020, should have cleared their 12th in 2018 or 2019 for 2020. In the similar lines if you are to appear for getting admission in 2021 then you should have appeared for 12 in 2019 which you have. That makes you eligible. However to help you I am attaching a link that will give you in detail various eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE Mains and advanced. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/articles/jee-main-eligibility-b
