These new IIT are so new, that even the faculty also don't know the expected package. But, yes the main thing of package is on the student, if you bear good talent, then you can easily get good pack. Otherwise, a good institute also can't be able to give you such pack.

It is good, but IIT Jammu is still new. So, you can't expect that much placements as expected from normal IITS like Delhi Roorkee etc.

The chances are low, wait till the last counselling round for electrical engineering. But meanwhile if you get any other good branch pursue that.

JEE Advanced Exam is available in English and Hindi languages. The exam is conducted in two phases: Paper 1- MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) and Paper 2- Numerical Answer Type Questions. Duration of the exam is 3 hours each. The exam consists of three sections: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. JEE Advanced Exam will now be conducted next year in the month of May 2020. Without JEE Mains, you cannot get IITS or NITS and for other colleges try their websites.

It is not fixed that this much candidate will be getting selected through predatory course. It is decided by how much candidate qualified under main cut off marks out of total students. If this comes out to equal to total students that no students will be getting selected. But I would advise you to call help line and know more about it.

No chance in CS in IIT Delhi at this rank. Last year the cutoff was 100 for CS in IIT Delhi.
