Hello,JEE Advanced eligibility criteria is based on three factors. You have to satisfy all these three factors to take the exam. Below are all the essential criteria & conditions for JEE Advanced Exam:
1. Qualifying Marks for JEE Advanced 2019
2. No. Of Attempts for IIT JEE Advanced
3. Required Qualification for JEE Advanced 2019

For JEE Advanced, you have to obtain a minimum 75% marks in 12th because of the minimum requirement of IIT Entrance exam is 75% for any board.
