Hope you are doing good. Firstly, congratulations for getting qualified in JEE Mains. It depends on the branch you wish. On average in the worst case I think 35-40% in a tough paper is preferable. Please tell me the branch you wish in IIT Madras so that I could answer you accordingly.

Now that you are in the last week and will soon face the much awaited day, it is a wise decision to study concept wise. Understanding the syllabus conceptual wise will give you a wider and deeper knowledge about the chapters involved. This will allow you to answer the analytical questions which are mostly present in the JEE Advanced examination.

If you can qualify JEE Advanced, then I am sure that you will definitely get a NIT. But be sure to score more than cut-off marks. Have self confidence and focus, just concentrate on your studies and don't waste the time.
Best of luck.
