Go for CSE in any of the top NITs, else if you feel genuinely that you messeded up JEE advanced, and if you are capable for that only, then drop a year for it. Else, go for NITs CSE.

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
So go for it.

First, let me tell one thing. JEE Advanced is a national level exam so that the scores in JEE Advanced will never be considered in any other country other than India.
In India, all IITs take admission via JEE Advanced scores. Other than IITs, the IISTs (Indian Institute of Space Technology) and IISCs (Indian Institute of Science) accept JEE Advanced scores.
