Your SC category rank in JEE Mains is too high. However, you may get into NITs through your SC category rank of 13224.

Your SC category rank in Advanced will not help you to get into IITs. However, you might get preparatory course in IITs through this rank. You will easily get NITs considering your JEE Mains rank.

On Shiksha you have mentioned that you have qualified 10+2 board exam in 2016 so you can attempt JEE Mains and Advanced thrice if your first attempt is in 2016 but as your first attempt is in 2017 you are eligible for JEE Advanced 2018 but this will be your last chance.
