Hi,
If you have scored 28,551 rank in SC category in JEE Main, your chances of getting admission at NITs will be restricted to newer NITs or some specific branches, via CSAB special round or state quota, if any.
Based on 2024-2025 cutoff trends, here's the overview:
With this rank, you will not be able to get admission at a top NIT like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal, etc. for any coveted branch (CSE, ECE, etc.).
Only NITs to get will be NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Srinagar, NIT Uttarakhand, etc. – for Civil, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Production Engineering, etc.

Yes, JEE Main is enough for HVPM College of Engineering & Technology BTech admissions. The college accepts students through an entrance basis only. Hence, a student have either JEE Main or MHTCET score is eligible. The basic eligibility must also be fulfilled.

JEE Main is one of the accepted exams for Atharva School of Engineering and Technology BTech admissions. However, it is not compulsory. Students can also submit valid score obtained in MHT CET/ PERA CET/ CUET/ AU-AIET instead.

Yes, the admissions in BTech at BRCM CET are based on JEE Main merit ranks. Students have to register for counseling at HSTES official website. Seats for management quota and NRI wards are allotted by the college. Separate registration for counseling is done on the official website. Seat allotment is completely based on entrance merit rank.

Yes, JEE Mains has been listed as an accepted entrance exam for MIT Academy of Engineering BTech admission. The institute has also listed MHT-CET as its accepted entrance exam. Thus, candidates with a JEE Mains score can apply directly without appearing for MHT-CET.
