Yes, definitely you can get NIT Patna at 40000 rank, but the branch can disappoint.

it's a little difficult. But, you may get it because your category is OBC NCL. 

With a JEE Mains rank of 7583, it is not possible to get the ICT course with a minor in Computational Science at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute (DAIICT). 

This course usually closes at a much lower rank, mostly under 200.

If you are interested in this course, you can try again next year or look for similar courses in other good colleges.
