Hello,
JEE is one of the important and highly competitive exams in India. Many students opt for this exam due to the reputation of the colleges like NITs, IITs, etc.
Nearly 10-12 lakhs students appear for this exam where the total number seats would be around 40000-50000 only.

Until the previous year, there was no difference between girls and boys. According to that to get a good IIT college with the average branch you have to be under 3000 but from this year the government is going with 20% reservation for girls so it is very difficult to predict now.
Best of luck!!

No, the percentage doesn't affect IIT rank but you have to score a minimum of 75% (65% SC/ST) or should be in top 20 percentile of your respective board to be eligible to give the exam.

Hello Ramasai,
For architecture courses, you need to clear JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Advanced. To get admission into IITs for B. Arch courses, you need to clear an Architecture aptitude test (AAT) based on which you will be allotted seats.
However, JEE Mains paper 2 scores are being accepted by many reputed colleges.

Hi,
If you talking about the AITS (All India Test Series) by various institutes for JEE, then definitely the paper is toughest of all times. The only purpose is to develop that exam environment and prepare well for the situation. These test series are no doubt difficult but JEE Mains is far more easy than that.
