Institutions used to take place from your JEE advance rank, but nowadays there is a separate examination known as IMUCET. All admissions in top marine engineering institutions in India take place on basis of your rank in IMUCET examination. 2. Have more than 75% (or 65% for SC, ST and PwD) in the board exams. If you have satisfied any of these criteria, don't worry. You have another chance to improve your score.
