Hi JP,
JEE is not accepted by Canadian colleges so there is no point in submitting JEE results. Admissions will be on the basis your state board marks and IELTS score and your overall profile. You can take SAT if you wish but not mandatory. Please take a look at the university websites for admission requirements.

You must score above 170 in JEE Mains to get admission in AIT, Pune.

For taking admission into B.Sc, you don't need to appear for JEE as JEE is for admission to B tech and B.Arch program only.

In Maharashtra, admissions to all engineering colleges is through MHT CET. Yes, you can get civil engineering.

Hey,
Just JEE for 1 year would be really helpful if you wanna get into engineering. Just focus on JEE prep work. Or, you can go ahead with B.Sc if u want to go to research field or such. But both would rather be cumbersome as you won't be able to give enough time to both simultaneously. Rest is your call.
