You have good marks but very less in JEE Mains. However, in Tamil Nadu, admissions are based on the entrance exam conducted by state government.

Your query is quite interesting. But then when I reviewed this, I found that all NIT's, IIT's & all CGFI's whose intake is from JEE Mains are autonomous. You will have to look for colleges of states that depend on JEE Mains for admission since such colleges would be coming under some university.

You have scored more than 75% in your 12th hence are eligible for admission in NIT. With the score of JEE Mains, I feel you may get admission in one of the NIT's.

You have reasonable marks in 12th of CBSE. But unfortunately admission in VJTI is based on MHT CET. Have you applied there? JEE Mains marks will not get you admission.
