Hello Debashish,
For this, you will have to appear for the CET of your own state, score very good marks and then get admission in Government college of your state. Only government colleges will have low fee.

Following things are needed to be carried by you:
JEE Mains admit card.
Photo identity card (preferably your Aadhaar Card else valid Photo ID)
PWD certificate (only for PWD candidates)
Clipboard
For Paper 2, pencils, geometry box, colour pencils, crayons and erasers.

Hi,
You need to complete class 12th with PCM to appear for the JEE Mains exam, but in order to get admission in IITs and NITs, you need to score at least 75% in PCM (65% for ST/SC).
