Based on the available information, it is unlikely that a candidate with 70% in JEE Mains would be able to get into Jamia Milia Islamia-Faculty of Architecture & Ekistics. The admission to the B.Arch programme at the faculty is based on the candidate's score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) entrance examination. The cut-off marks for NATA are usually higher than 70%, and the competition for admission to the programme is quite high. Therefore, it is advisable for candidates to aim for a higher score to increase their chances of admission to the faculty.

Because the cutoffs for admission to SOA - School of Aeronautics are different every year, it is difficult to predict admission with precision. Although a 70% JEE Mains score is impressive, acceptance is contingent upon the annual cut-off. It is advisable to score highly on the School of Aeronautics Common Entrance Test (SOACET) in order to increase your chances. This written test assesses your knowledge of chemistry, physics, and mathematics. It provides an extra opportunity to demonstrate your academic prowess and may increase your chances of being admitted to SOA.
