Don't worry if you couldn't clear JEE Mains. Here are the things you can do:
- You can prepare again for JEE Mains and try next year. By taking the exam you have an idea of how questions are asked, your difficulty level, your strengths and your weaknesses, now you can prepare according to it.
- You can also prepare yourself for CUET, for next year. Many central offer B.Tech courses based on CUET, for example, IP University, and Northcap University.
- You can join colleges such as Greater Noida College, directly without JEE Mains.
I hope it will help.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to DTU is 60% marks in the 12th board exam, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. You meet this criteria. However, the final admission to DTU is based on the JEE Mains rank, not just the 12th marks. For the general category, meeting cutoff requires a JEE Mains rank within the top 4,500. For SC/ST candidates, the cutoff is slightly lower, but a rank of 106,645 in the SC category is still quite low.

With a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 60,000 in JEE Mains via the OBC category, you have a good chance of securing a seat for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch in some IIITs and NITs. While it may be challenging to secure a seat in the more popular institutes, there are several Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) and NITs that accept ranks in the range of 50,000 to 75,000 in JEE Mains. Some of the colleges accepting ranks in this range include NIT Raipur, NIT Jalandhar, IIIT Manipur, Assam University (Silchar), and BIT Mesra.

Due to the limited number of seats available in this stream, there is intense competition. You must have more than 95% on your class 12 board exams in order to be admitted to SASTRA through this stream. Given your strong performance on class 12 boards and in JEE Mains 2021, you stand a good chance of being admitted to SASTRA University's CSE branch. SASTRA uses its own ranks determined by JEE (Main) scores and +2 marks instead of the CBSE cut-off for admission. For Sastra, our JEE Main score is quite good. However, you ought to have received a high Intermediate score (10+2). 75% of JEE Main marks plus 25% of Intermediate marks. You'll
