No, Anna University does not accept JEE Mains scores. Anna University BE/ BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) Counselling. TNEA rank list is used to offer admissions to candidates for undergraduate courses like Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in several colleges in Tamil Nadu.
