A score of 250 or higher is regarded as a good score and therefore a percentile between 85-95 is enough to get a seat in the NITs or IITs through this exam. Although to be able to secure a place in the NITs or IITs you need to be in the top 15,000 to 20,000 ranks.

You do not have chances to get seat in NIT. You need to score minimum 96 percentile or above to have decent chances of getting seat in an NIT. You can however look for other colleges like Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering & Technology Mangalmay Group of Institutions Brainware University Local University.

Based on previous year trends, the minimum marks in JEE Main 2022 for admission to top NITs is about 200 (equivalent to rank below 5000). For 75 percentile you will get other universities with CSE branch. But for NITS or IITS it is not possible. For home state NIT, for ST people 93 percentile and above can do the work . For SC people 94 and above for home state.

While a higher percentile increases your chances of getting admission to the NITs, it is not a guarantee. The cutoffs for admission to the NITs vary each year and are determined based on a variety of factors, including the difficulty level of the exam, the number of seats available, and the number of applicants. Hence, it is difficult to predict with certainty whether a candidate with a percentile of 98.2999 will get admission to an NIT. However, a percentile o

Hello Abhay Kumar Bairagi, I am sure that boy now you would have join one of the NITs or even IIT for your studies. It's almost one year that you have raised this query. By now you would have obtained the required information on your own. It's unfortunate that no one picked your question. But it may be since your query is not specified perhaps correctly. If only you had asked pointed question, then I amsure you would have obtained correct answer. Best wishes to you.
