UPES have two pathways for B.Tech admission as given below.
1. Non exam pathway:
Board Merit: Minimum 80% marks in Class X, XII and minimum 80% aggregate in PCM/B & JEE Main cut-off Rank to be announced (on UPES website) after the declaration of JEE Main 2023 results)
SAT Cut off - 50 percentile
2. Exam pathway UPESEAT Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 50% Marks in Class X and XII. Minimum 50 % in PCM (Physics/Chemistry and Mathematics) in Class XII. (School of Advanced Engineering/ School of Computer Science)
So from above if you have 80% marks in 10&12th and 80% in PCM in 12th, than can be eligible for Non exam pathway. Otherwise apply for

Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology considers JEE Main scores as one of the factors for admission to its BTech programme. However, the institute also has certain eligibility criteria, including a minimum aggregate score of 60% in PCM Physics Chemistry Mathematics) in the qualifying examination. If you have less than 60% in PCM, it is unlikely that you will be eligible for admission to Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. It is advisable to check the institutes eligibility criteria and admission process before applying.

Hello Naveen Kumar, let me first congratulation to scoring very well in JEE entrance examination and obtaining ranking of well below 25000.
