The registration for JEE Main counselling usually starts in June. Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA will conduct the JEE Main counselling for admission to NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs on the basis of JEE Main All India ranks. The exact dates for JEE Main counselling will be announced soon JoSAA.

Congratulations on passing the examination, so firstly you have to decide on which streams are you interested and then it will be easier to decide on which college best suits you, as your rank is quite high in JEE it will be difficult you to get placed in top colleges, as per my opinion but it is no

Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Mains examination. And you can also take the admission in Jamia Milia Islamia B.Tech on basis of your JEE Mains rank. With 71% marks you are eligible for all engineering college except IITs.

JEE Main 2023 cutoff has been raised to 90 percentile for the General category. The JEE Main cutoff varies for all NITs and will also be different for various programs or courses. The JEE Main cut-off of top NITs also varies for reserved and unreserved categories. JEE Main Cut off Marks for NIT 2021
