Like NIT Nagpur is also among top NITs and you can get CIVIL, CHEMICAL, MECH in it. But since your rank is Good enough you can go for Higher Branches in mediocre NITs like NIT JAMSHEDPUR, NIT RAIPUR, NIT PATNA,. You can also check for IIITGwalior for Dual Degree. I know by the time of answering JoSAA choices has been locked but you can analyse and If needed you can go for CSAB in which only AIR is considered. No preference based on any category. Hope it helps if then please upvote it.

At this rank you can get admission in many NIT, IIIT, you just have to wait till round 6,7 or even spot round if you want to get a good branch. In top NIT, IIIT you can't get CS with this rank but you can still try your luck in spot round. In NIT which don't come under top 5 you can get admission in ECE, EEE, civil and many more and if you have a Home State quota then you can surely get admission in 1 of the top 5 NIT. Just refer to the previous year cutoff from the respective NITs website you will get a much better idea about cutoffs.

You should mention your Home state for the cutoff kind of information. I'm writing in Other State respective. You can easily get CSE at NIT Jamshedpur, Patna, and Raipur. From placement respective, these colleges are very good you can choose the best. Apart from that, you can also get IIIT Gwalior which is also a very good college. I know by the time of answering JoSAA choices have been locked but if you feel like you didn't get the preferred college you can go for CSAB. Hope it helps.

It depends on this year cut off. No one knows which college they will get. Caste matters if you are obc/SC/st/general.

Yes, Diploma holders are eligible to appear for IIT JEE 2019, but they will be considered similar to 12th passed candidates.

As, per my knowledge you can get a fee waiver seat in AKTU when your JEE ranking is very high or either you are in the economically weaker section (annual income below 2.5 Lacs). Hope your query is resolved.

To get admission in KNIT SULTANPUR you need to achieve good rank in JEE Mains exam and then apply for counselling conducted by uptac online, as your category rank is 47000, you will get admission in KNIT SULTANPUR, in your desired course and branch, but you would have to apply for each round of counselling, and wait till you would get this college, also this college is better than other.

99.03 is pretty good percentile to get any good college. As, far as my knowledge you can predict the colleges by the JEE Main rank finder but for your reference you can get a pretty good NIT' s and maybe some of the IIT's as well for CSE. Hope your query is resolved.
