From what I assume with information provided by you is that you are from reserved category and your rank is below 1 Lacs. So, you might not get top ranking NIT's but there is a chance that you might get the core branches (except CSE, IT, Software etc. ). In the Newer NIT's, since they accept ranking above 70k+ for the reserved category. Hope your query is resolved. Best of luck for your future.

JEE Mains score is used by various college for students to pursue B.Tech in different branches. Different types of colleges have their own criteria for admission
NIT IIIT recruit only on basis of JEE Mains, Central University government University takes admission based on JEE Mains or CUET
As your JEE Mains rank in ST category is under 20,000, you will allocated best NIT or iiit college, also you may allocated B.Tech in CSE branch from top NIT colleges
different NIT and iiit are best in different B.Tech branches, you should choose them wisely according to your desired branch. Here are top NIT and iiit college list

HI, on such EWS rank you have some chances for to get very few NIT/IIT. You can get idea from previous year closing rank. You can go for enlisted colleges 1. NIT Mizoram 2. Pondicherry engineering college 3. NIT Nagaland and some more.

Yes you can give the JEE Advanced 2023 after qualifying the JEE Main 2023. The eligibility criteria is given below.
1. Age : The candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1998. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are given five years age relaxation.
2. Number of attempts : A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced maximum of two times in two consecutive years.
3. Appearance in Class XII (or equivalent) examination : A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2022 or 2023 with the subjects Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who have appeared in the Class 12 exa

As you rank is under 10,000 in ST category, you should apply for jossa counseling and you will get your dream NIT and any B.Tech branch which you want, also you'll get a scholarship in it. You could get NIT Delhi or NIT Maharashtra with B.Tech CSE branch, which is dream of many JEE aspirants.

As your JEE Mains rank is too low for B.Tech CSE, you will not allocated NIT or iiit if you are from General category, but if your are from SC or ST category, you may allocated NIT or iiit college through jossa counselling, but they have high fees, but if you are from SC ST category then you will get scholarship
Some central university and government University takes admission on basis of JEE Mains score, which have very low fees and also of demmed university

From analysing your rank and I assume that you are from general category, so you make might not get IIT's, NIT's or IIIT's but you can definitely go for got NIRF ranking private college since placements in these colleges is pretty decent these days and if you are lucky then you might get a core branch ( E. C. E, E. E, Civil, Mechanical, etc. ) in a good government college as well. Best of luck for your future. Hope your query is resolved.
