First of all, you cannot appear for JEE Advanced without clearing JEE Mains. For clearing JEE Advanced you need to clear the JEE Main exam and secure a rank among the first 2,50,000 as per the merit list. Once you clear JEE Main exam you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. According to the information you have provided, you have no chance to get admitted to MIT. However, You may get Admission to MIT in one and only one branch which is Production engineering. Last year cut off of MIT college for the SC category is
1- For Aeronautical Engineering branch: 7479
2- For Computer Science and Engineering branch: 3466
3- For the Automobile Engineering branch: 14098
4- For Production Engineering branch: 17608
5- For Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering branch: 7729

Also, the result depends on your domicile, and what you have not shared. Yes, you may get admission in NIT Uttarakhand with a 10328 ST rank in JEE Mains, but in the Special Round. The closing rank for the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand, in 2021 for most of the courses was under 10,000 for almost every branch of BTech.
Therefore, based on previous year's trends, you may have some chances to get admission in branches like electronics and communication engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering in a special round. The accepted rank for admission in a special round for the BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering branch was around one lakh.

Based on the previous year's cut-off, yes, you can get a seat at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur for a Bachelor of Architecture course (B.Arch). Last year's cutoff in MNIT college for the B.Arch course was 1341 for males (OBC Category). Jobs after Completing B.Arch course:
1-Architectural Assistant.
2-Interior Designer.3- Architect.
